  2. One water cup
  3. Freshly squeezed orange juice in a half-cup. (This fruit gives the beverage a delightful and beneficial flavor boost. The immune system-boosting vitamin C in orange juice is also abundant.
  4. Lemon juice, 1/4 cup. (Antioxidants and vitamin C are abundant in lemons. They also assist in giving the beverage a sour and acidic flavor.)
  5. Honey freshly, one spoonful.
Direction:
  1. Bananas should first be peeled and cut into pieces that will readily fit into your blender or juicer. To your blender or juicer,
